    1oz Doc’s Dark Rum

    1oz Disaronno

    1oz Coconut Rum

    .5oz orgeat syrup

    Pineapple Juice

    Orange Juice

    DIRECTIONS

    Mix the following in Shaker

    1oz Disaronno

    1oz Coconut Rum

    .5oz orgeat syrup

    Add equal parts of pineapple and orange juice.

    Shake well and strain into a rocks class over ice.

    Add 1oz Doc’s Dark Rum floater on top.

    2 oz Really Bad Rum (Dark)

    4-5 oz Ginger Beer

    ½ oz Pineapple Juice or (Just a Splash)

    Garnish with Lime

    DIRECTIONS

    In a tall glass filled with ice add 4 – 5 oz of choice Ginger Beer. Next layer with 2 oz Really Bad Dark Rum. Next layer with 2 oz Pineapple Juice, Garnish with a lime.

    INGREDIENTS

    1 can ginger beer

    1 tbsp. fresh ginger

    Juice of 1 lime

    2 c. ice

    4 oz. Doc Brown Really Bad (Dark) rum

    DIRECTIONS

    In a blender, blend first 4 ingredients until smooth. Divide among 2 glasses and float 2 oz. dark rum on top of each.

    INGREDIENTS

    2-4 oz. Doc's (Dark) Rum

    4 oz. pineapple juice

    1 oz. cream of coconut

    1 oz. orange juice

    Dash with nutmeg

    DIRECTIONS

    Using 2 to 4 oz. of Doc's (Dark) rum depending on how bad you want your cocktail strength, combine all ingredients in an ice-filled glass and garnish with fresh nutmeg to taste.

    1/2 oz Irish Cream Liqueur

    6 oz strongly brewed roast coffee

    Freshly whipped heavy cream

    Cinnamon sugar for garnish (optional)

    DIRECTIONS

    Put first the Irish cream in a heat proof glass, or coffee mug, then add the Doc Brown's Really Bad Dark Rum. Pour in the coffee and top with whipped cream and dust with cinnamon sugar.

    2 oz Southern Comfort

    6 oz Pineapple Juice

    1 tsp Grenadine

    DIRECTIONS

    Prepare in a shaker, Throw ice in the shaker. Add the spirits and the juice. Shake well and strain in an old-fashioned glass. Drop a splash of grenadine and enjoy the sunrise effect.

    2 oz Pineapple Juice

    1 oz Coconut Cream

    DIRECTIONS

    Prepare in a blender Crush 4 ice cubes in a blender. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve with a straw and a pineapple wedge as decoration.

    2 oz Coconut Cream

    2 oz Milk

    DIRECTIONS

    Prepare in a blender, Blend all ingredients in a blender with about 1 cup of ice. Strain into an ice filled glass.

    4 oz Pineapple juice

    4 oz Orange juice

    1/2 oz Grenadine

    3 dashes Angostura bitters

    DIRECTIONS

    Fill a glass a third of the way with crushed ice, add all the ingredients to a large shaker, Shake and strain into 4 rocks glasses filled with fresh ice. Garnish with an orange slice, a pineapple cube and a cherry.

    INGREDIENTS

    1 part Doc's (Dark) Rum

    1 part Midori

    1 part Orange Juice

    DIRECTIONS

    Shake ingredients together with ice. Pour into a shot glass.

    1 oz (Silver) Rum

    1/2 oz orange curaçao

    1/2oz orgeat syrup

    1-ounce fresh lime juice

    Float 1 oz Doc Brown's Really Bad (DARK) Rum

    DIRECTIONS

    Shake all the ingredients except the dark rum with ice. Strain into crushed ice filled highball glass, and float the dark rum on top using a bar spoon to distribute. Garnish with pineapple wedge and cherries and serve with a straw. Celebratory flowers optional.

    3 oz Really Bad Rum (Dark)

    1 oz Sweet Vermouth

    1-2 Dashes of Bitters

    DIRECTIONS

    Place ice in a Really Bad cocktail shaker. Add the whiskey, vermouth and bitters. Rub the orange peel around the rim of the cocktail glass. Strain the drink into the glass. Add 1 real maraschino cherry.
